Rail Handler for Hydraulic Excavators

Dymax Rail Handlers are built to provide years of productive use and service.

Ideal for 25T-35T excavators the Rail Handler works with standard pin grab quick coupler systems can pin directly to the stick.  Models can also be customized to work with proprietary coupler systems.

The Rail Handler features 60 degrees of hydraulic rotation and side to side tile cushioning that gives operators precise, controlled placement of rail while feeding flash butt welders.  Rotation is powered through an electro/hydraulic diverter valve kit provided with the Rail Handler.

Features E-Z slide telescopic arms that collapse to 19'6" (5.94 m)for transport and storage when not in use.  When working the arms extend to 30' (9.14 m) for handling up to 80' (24.38 m) pieces of rail.

DymaxRail's unique arm design works with all rail - from 115# to 141#.  Features (4) clamps that secure the rail.  All cylinders feature built in lock valves in case of pressure loss on machine.
