The Ballast Tie Clam features 360 degrees of hydraulic rotation powered by an electro/hydraulic diverter valve from the machine hydraulics.

Features reversible and replaceable bolt on cutting edges.  Side cutter bars are serrated for superior grip and made of high tensile AR400 steel.  Side cutters are hardsurfaced (62rc) to provide longer service life.

Two powerful 3.5" (88.9mm) cylinders provide great clamping force when inserting and extracting ties.
