Features

• Dymax 10” Forestry Tree Shears are perfect tools for forest utility work, such as power line right-of-way maintenance, thinning and land clearing.
• A Dymax 10” Forestry Tree Shear with optional accumulator is ideal for thinning in small logging operations and allows operators to bunch cut multiple trees.
• Dymax 10” Forestry Tree Shears feature double arm grapples that securely grab the tree as the shear arms are activated. Optional hydraulic rotating models are available.
• The Dymax 10” Forestry Tree Shear is designed for machines with a minimum of 50 hp, minimum flow rate of 14 gpm and 13,000 lbs of operating weight.
• Shearing cylinder is rated at 3000 psi and optimum results will be obtained near those levels. Do not exceed 3200 psi.
• Shear blade is comprised of 0.50” Hardox 400 high tensile steel and is easily replaced when worn.
• Machine must be equipped with auxiliary valve, controls and two way hydraulic flow.
• Counterweight may be required on certain models of machines.
